  • Shorter Mansion

    340 North Eufaula Ave

    Completed in 1906, The Shorter Mansion was built by Eli Sims Shorter and Wileyna Lamar of Macon. Wileyna was the heiress to the SSS Tonic Fortune and Eli was a cotton broker. It is an excellent example of Neoclassical Revival Architecture. The home was purchased at auction from the Shorter family in 1965 at auction for $33,000.00. The Shorter Mansion is listed on the National Historic register.

  • Rhodes-Winkleblack

    619 North Randolph Avenue, located in the Seth Lore Historic District

    The Rhodes- Winkleblack home was built in 1853 by Chauncey and Elizabeth Rhodes. In 1918, the house was remodeled and given a Craftsman style “update.” In 2007, the present owners restored the home to its original appearance based on photographs of the house from the 1870’s. Enjoy the traditional southern Christmas décor, including a beloved collection of handmade Santas by local artists Betty Cain, Nan Metz and Joan Mixon.


  • Fendall Hall

    917 Barbour Street

    This impressive Italianate country villa style home was built in 1860 by Edward B. and Ann Fendall Beall Young. The home has served as a home for 5 generations. Fendall Hall is now a historic site of the Alabama Historic Commission. It has 3 rooms of the finest Victorian-era murals as any house in America. The original black & white Italian marble floors are original and still in the home.

  • Fabick Home

    501 St. Francis Road

    This Italian Villa sits way back from the road located on St. Francis Point. It is a lakefront masterpiece that was built in 1963. The décor is stunning and will transport you to an incredible holiday fantasy. The Fabick’s purchased this home in 2021.

  • Quick – Hawkins Home

    336 West Broad Street

    This home was constructed in 1880 and is a Queen Anne style Victorian, irregular plan. The single-story home utilizes plain weatherboard siding, a gable hip roof with a hipped central dormer, a flat roof over the porch that is supported by iconic columns connected at the bottom by balustrade with turned balusters. The home is listed in the National Register of Historic and Architecturally Significant Places. It features original heart pine floors, twelve-foot ceilings, original leaded glass windows and imported chandeliers from Paris. All decked out in its Christmas finest, 336 West Broad is filled with a number of eclectic family heirlooms, period antiques and furniture, folk art, fine art, vintage ornaments, figurines and accessories.

  • The Beaty Home

    121 Brookwood Drive

    This French Country 2 story home is located on St. Francis Point. It is a mix of traditional and modern touches. The Beaty’s built this home in 2003. Kim especially loves Christmas and does an amazing job decorating her home for her precious grandchildren. You will leave this home amazed at all the special touches for the holiday.

  • Garrison Home

    1461 Country Club Road

    This two-story brick craftsmen bungalow was built in 1925 and sits far off from Country Club Road and is nestled among beautiful trees and gardens. The Garrison home has an attached porte-cochere for automobiles and unloading of passengers while keeping them from the elements. As a special treat in this home, Mrs. Garrison commissioned Richard Freeman, a very talented wood craftsman and designer in Eufaula, to build a replica of the The Peacock Room in the National Museum of Art at Smithsonian in Washington, D.C. This room has captivated visitors at the Freer Gallery of Art since its opening in 1923. Originally designed by artist James McNeill Whistler to showcase a Chinese blue-and-white porcelain collection, the room marries its avian motif with a striking use of color inspired by the arts of East Asia. The Garrison’s purchased this home in 1980. Christmas in this home is a must see.

  • Mitchell Home

    1719 Fox Ridge Road

    Holly and Chris Mitchel built this 2- story brick and stone home in 2018 on Fox Ridge Road. Holly especially designed the gable roofs and has worked to grow the beautiful ivy on the home. The Mitchell’s celebrate Christmas like no other. This home is a new build masterpiece.
